Submit a Membership Enquiry

Sunshine Coast Symphony Orchestra is made up of professional and amateur players, and we welcome orchestral musicians AMEB grade 6 or above to submit an application for membership.  Now is the perfect time to reignite your passion for playing orchestral music!

We perform 4 times a year at the Caloundra Events Centre and we attract 600+ patrons to our concerts.

SCSO is an innovative orchestra and we regularly commission new works, perform musically challenging repertoire, book outstanding soloists, support emerging talent, and always prioritise our Audience's enjoyment in our programming choices.  You can see details of our most recent concerts on this website.

Our conductor Dr Fletcher Mitchell, leader Genevieve Bignell, and experienced Board work together to ensure we perform at the highest standard possible, and have a lot of fun along the way.

Whether you're resuming playing your instrument after pursuing other interests, or have recently moved to the Sunshine Coast, we'd love to hear from you!  Fill out the application form below and we'll be in touch to discuss the next steps.
